Cat in the Rain
I spent a decade in Washington working with NSA and later DHS. This story depicts the DC culture as I witnessed it. I posted the original on another site, a while back. I thought I'd spiff it up and re-post it here. A few of you might think that I'm describing a den of iniquity.
